The Great Wildcat Mountain Ride
Switchbacks…here we come! Wildcat Mountain State Park is located along the Kickapoo River in the Driftless area of Wisconsin, east of LaCrosse. This Wisconsin’s Route 33 Ride is a motorcyclist’s MUST-DO ride! It’s been called ‘The Little Deal’s Gap of the Midwest’, similar to the famous ride in North Carolina. There are many switchbacks to encounter along with traveling up and down the mountain seeing beautiful vistas in the distance. Stop along the way at Amish shops and cheese factories. Watch out for horses and buggies!
