"The people at music city Indian were very nice and extremely helpful. We rented the chieftain limited for the day and because of traffic were late to return the bike. When we called to tell them we would be late they stayed late and and made us feel like it was no big deal. The necessary gear was supplied at no extra cost and the bike was excellent condition. "Where do I even start? These guys are simply the best! I have bought several bikes from them on the way to my current (and perfect) bike. These guys are not the typical high pressure sales folks that are in it just to sell you a bike. They are all about building a relationship with their customers to match up what they have to offer with the customer's needs. I haven't bought the most expensive bikes (not even close) from them, but they treat me like I have, and make it feel like I am truly a friend. They put up with my dropping by all the time to visit, and make me feel welcome. Do they want to sell you a bike? Of course they do! That is the business they are in.
